The TGW type 125 is the smallest of the industrial series. The system can produce approximately 3000 liters of demineralized water per 24 hours. Converted to approximately 125 liters per hour.
Due to its modest size, this system is ideal for companies with limited space. Installing the system in a trailer or commercial vehicle is also possible.
The whole is built into a stainless steel bracket. equipped with rubber leveling feet as standard (castors are supplied separately).
Motor 230v/50Hz 0.37Kw with a Procon water pump. The motor is equipped with a protection relay. Pressure valves (if water pressure is lost, the system stops).
Manometers, 1 for measuring tap water pressure, 1 for measuring pump pressure. 2 sight glasses, 1 for demineralized water and 1 for waste water.
Adjustment knob for adjusting the ratio between Demi and waste water. 2 Pre-filters 20 Inch 5 micron, 20 inch micron (sediment). Connection for float switch (optional).
Membrane:
Type 4021. average reduction of substances 99.2%. Maximum pressure 600 PSI. Max temperature 45 degrees. Maximum capacity 3200 liters 24 hours.

The following settings are possible:
Duration of a flush between 0 and 60 seconds. Set flush during water production per hour. Flush during sleep every 12-24-36-48 hours and beyond. PPM/TDS alarm when permitted value is exceeded. Read live TDS/PPM value on the controller display. Display of operating hours.
