Our working method for installation

When you have us install a telewash system or water tank, we work as follows:

• We first look at the situation on site in the commercial vehicle or trailer. We measure the available space and adjust the type of system and installation accordingly.
• We ensure proper mounting of the system or tank using profiles in combination with a sturdy floor plate. The system is placed in such a way that it remains easily accessible for maintenance and repairs.
• We drill the necessary penetrations for, for example, the water tank filling opening, overflow, aeration, etc. We make these watertight, so that leaks are prevented.
• The electrical connections are made professionally, so that pumps and dosing systems function properly and are safe.
• All pipes and hoses are neatly concealed.
• After installation, we thoroughly test the entire system for leaks and proper functioning. Only when everything is 100% in order will we deliver the vehicle.

Water tanks

In addition to complete telewash systems, we also install separate MDPE water tanks. These serve as a water tank for clean water, but can also be used to store dirty water.

Tanks are available in various sizes, from 50 to 1000 liters. Just like with the telewash systems, we ensure proper installation and mounting.

Possible connections to water tanks

When installing separate water tanks, it is important that the correct connection options are available, such as water tank filling opening, overflow, aeration and outlet to pump/tap.
