Ordered before 3 p.m., delivered tomorrow!*

We deliver the next day if ordered before 3 p.m. Except when you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Orders on Friday will have the next delivery day on Monday and orders on Saturday and Sunday will have the next delivery day on Tuesday.

If you order before 3 p.m. on workdays, your package will be shipped the same day. If your package is in the hands of GLS, delivery will take place outside of our control. It is possible that, due to unforeseen circumstances, GLS is later in delivery than the delivery days mentioned above.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail within 3 minutes (Note: it may end up in spam). The delivery time of the package therefore depends on the time of the order. This may also depend on the chosen payment method. If you choose to transfer, we will only ship when the purchase amount has been credited to our account.

Delivery time for the chosen payment method;

 iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, Sofort, Bancontact (Mister Cash), Giropay and Klarna
The order will be shipped the same day on working days when all products are in stock ( if ordered before 3:00 PM) .
The delivery time is 3 to 5 days. This is because the bank may take some time to process the transaction.

For orders under €100.00 excl. VAT:
– For delivery addresses within the Netherlands €5.00

  • For delivery addresses in Belgium you always pay €7.50
  • For delivery addresses in Germany you always pay €15.00
  • For delivery addresses in all other countries from €50

Track & trace

After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the Track & Trace number. You can track your order via the Track & Trace link, so you know exactly when you can expect it.

Not at home

If you are not at home when the order is delivered to you, the GLS employee will leave a notice in your mailbox.
If delivery of the package is not possible, the recipient can collect the shipment within 1 week at the indicated GLS point. If the package is not collected, costs will be charged for return.

Return to Sender

If a package is returned unopened to the sender and we have not received any notification or the package is refused, we will refund the purchase amount minus the return costs of €5.00.
