Product prices and title
All prices stated are exclusive of VAT and in Euros. We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. If there are any errors in the pricing of items on the website, you will be contacted before an order is processed. Processing of an order may be canceled or corrected by us at any time up to and including the shipment of that order and any related items. All images on our website are for illustration purposes only, for example the color of a product may differ.
Your order
We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected. If we cannot reasonably obtain this information or resolve these issues, a full refund will be made to the card used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered, nor will a refund be made to a third party card or account.
Shipping and customs duties
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.
Most orders received before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day via a delivery service and delivered to the customer the next working day.
We reserve the right to dispatch products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) if the product ordered is out of stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund in lieu of delivery of the product. We cannot be held responsible for any disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or actions beyond our direct control. If such a failure occurs, you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery company or a full refund.
If you order a product from outside the Netherlands, the recipient of the product is responsible for any customs duties or tariffs applicable in the country to which the products are shipped. Additionally, your order may be delayed or opened and searched by local customs authorities upon entering the destination country. Please note that we cannot provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs. You can also choose to have us prepare and package the order and arrange a carrier yourself to collect your order. Please let us know if you prefer this option.

Cancellation rights, returns and refunds
We work with a back-order system. This means that some of your order can be shipped early and any missing items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as we have them back in stock. You will be informed of this on the invoice included with your order.
Incorrect or damaged items
Customers are responsible for checking any deliveries from us for damage or missing parts before signing for delivery. You must notify us of any problems within 3 days of delivery in order to process them.
If you notice that a delivery is incomplete or damaged, please sign it as 'damaged' or 'incomplete' with the delivery person. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct or claim any damaged or incomplete deliveries later if they are not signed for as such at the time of delivery. Make sure you check the deliveries before signing for them.
Cancellation rights, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel purchases made by telephone or online within 14 days from the day after you receive the product. There is no right of cancellation, refund or return once you have used the product unless it is faulty and you return it for this reason. Goods that have been sealed or shrink wrapped and this has been removed cannot be returned unless they are defective. There is no right of withdrawal in the event of hygienic problems, unless there is a defect.
Please follow the following procedure for all returns to us
Contact customer service by sending an email to Winkel@telewashwinkel.nl or calling 071 589 77 99 and report the problem. Have your name, zip code and an order number at hand. If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect(s). Repackage the product in the original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals and/or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund if the product is returned in an incomplete condition. If the original packaging surrounding the product is damaged or destroyed, we will only issue a full refund if the product is returned due to a defect. If the original packaging of a defective product is damaged or destroyed, please ensure that the returned product is adequately packaged for shipment to us. You are responsible for paying any shipping or handling charges incurred when returning the product. We recommend that you send all returns by registered mail, so that you have an overview of the return shipment available. We will not issue refunds for items lost or stolen in transit to us. If a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you will need to seek compensation from the company that shipped the return. For returned items that are unwanted, we will refund the value of the original order minus the shipping costs incurred by the Telewash store. However, we will refund the cost of shipping costs incurred in returning a product if incorrectly shipped by us or if the product is returned due to a defect. If the shipping costs are higher than the value of the product, other arrangements can be made. Therefore, always contact us before returning a package to check whether or not the shipping costs will be borne by us. Please note that we do not refund courier, overnight or express elements of delivery or shipping costs.
Customer complaints
We aim to answer all customer complaints or questions within a maximum of 1 working week.
Defective products
If a customer experiences a defect in a product, it can be returned to the Telewash store, subject to our returns policy above. We cannot accept any consequential damages from customers as a result of defective delivered products.
Events beyond our control
Telewashwinkel will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty specification
At the Telewash store we strive for excellence in supplying world-class products and accessories for the glass/cleaning industry.
Our warranty terms are summarized below and are formulated as the fairest arrangement possible to maintain our position as the market leader for value and service: Telescopic Poles 3 months manufacturing defects*. Water pumps 3 months against manufacturing defects*. Reels, 2 months manufacturing defects* All other delivered items, 1 month manufacturing defects*. RO Machines,
12 months on parts, mus. of membranes and filters.
*Does not cover wear and tear, (a)intentional damage or goods caused by the user.
Data collected by this site is used to:
- Manage and improve our site and service.
- We only pass on information to third parties for the delivery of goods.
- Taking and fulfilling orders to customers.
Payment
We accept most major debit and credit cards online and in store.
Delivery Policy
We currently offer free shipping on all web orders over
€100.00 excl. VAT. This only applies to NL
For orders under €100.00 excl. VAT, shipping costs of €5.00 excl. VAT will be charged in the Netherlands.
If necessary, please contact us for specific delivery instructions. Unless otherwise stated, we always ship via a courier company that requires a signature upon delivery. We do not recommend leaving an order in a so-called “safe location”, i.e. garage, backyard, etc… especially if it is a high value order. If you decide to have your order deposited at a particular location, you are solely responsible if any part of the order is lost, stolen, damaged or lost. Telewashwinkel accepts no liability for loss, damage or theft of unattended items.
If your order is delayed more than 3 days after it has left our premises with the delivery company, please contact us immediately. A delay of more than 15 days is considered lost. During periods leading up to holidays, please add an extra day to the above. When the parcel service starts an investigation into a missing package, we must wait for the results of this investigation before we can send a new package to the customer. An investigation takes an average of 5 working days. After the results of the investigation, you will be informed as soon as possible with a solution to the problem.
